1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or installing the tracking snippet, you agree to be bound by these Master Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use & Privacy Disclosures

You agree to configure tracking snippets in compliance with applicable privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, and ePrivacy Directive). You are solely responsible for providing required privacy policies and cookie consent notices on your web properties.

3. Service Availability & SLA

While we maintain 99.9% uptime for click ID session capture, third-party ad platform APIs (such as Meta CAPI or Google Ads) may experience API rate limits or downtime beyond AdBridge1's direct control.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AdBridge1 be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from ad platform bidding algorithm adjustments, ad account suspensions by third-party ad networks, or temporary network outages.
