How long does installation take?
Under 60 seconds. You copy one JavaScript snippet from your dashboard and paste it before the </body> tag on your website. No developer needed. Then add one line to your chatbot's "lead captured" trigger.
Do I need a Meta or Google account to use AdBridge1?
You need the accounts to actually route conversions back to those platforms. But you can sign up, install the snippet, and start capturing data immediately — even before connecting ad platforms.
What happens to data I captured during the trial if I don't upgrade?
Your data is stored for 30 days after trial expiry. If you upgrade within that window, everything is preserved. After 30 days inactive accounts are cleared.
Can I track multiple websites?
Yes. Each plan comes with a certain number of tracked websites (1 for Solo, 5 for Growth, 10 for Pro, unlimited for Agency). Each website gets its own unique API key and snippet.
Is the tracking GDPR compliant?
Yes. We store click IDs and lead data that your customers already consented to share via your ad platform and chatbot. We hash all personally identifiable information (email, phone) before routing to ad platforms, following Meta CAPI and Google's requirements.
